The Doppleganger is not a person; it's a spirit. It has a consciousness, it's the "dark side" of a person, hence my earlier description "Your Evil Twin." Most people only feel them; a sensitive can see them. Most people don't have Dopplegangers; only evil shamans and very ill people have them.

A doppelganger is an entity that is essentially a duplicate of yourself.



In European folklore, a doppelganger is also known as a "double", in which it is a double of you. It will be exactly like you in appearance. However, it cannot speak. These were believed to be symbols of death. If you were to ever see or meet your double, you were fated to die in the near future. This story happened to me a few months ago. It was a Monday afternoon and the students are taking their lunch. I Met one of my friends at the corridor. He is in senior high school and is part of the student government. We greeted each other and we walked up the stairs and we entered the student government office to continue our conversation. After a few moments, I went tout and left him alone at the student government office. I went up the stairs to go to the second floor. The second floor is where the classrooms are located. While I was walking at the second floor corridor. I was shocked to see that my friend, who I just left alone in the student goverment room was at the other side of the second floor corridor and he was walking towards me. It was impossible for him to be there if I just left him alone at the student government room a few moments ago because if he went out of the room, I should have seen him opening the door, but I didn't see him do that and it even if he opened the door it was impossible for him to go to the other side of the corridor at that fast a speed. I was wondering how that happened. When my friend was already near me, I asked him on how was he able to go to the other side of the corridor at that fast a speed if I just left him at the student government office a few moments ago. My friend did not answer me seriously. He just said that he has magic. I was wondering if a ghost imitated my friend, and if a ghost did which of the two is the ghost? I think it is. I think you can see spirits, you have seen them before. I think the first encounter was the doppelganger. These things run in families, so ask if anyone in your family has seen spirits. Maybe they can explain what is happening. Interesting to see this concept in the main stream...assuming that you are referring to the "spirit double". Experience of the double is rare and rarer still is discussion of it. It could not be found wanting as Science itself has not developed the instruments to weigh or measure it. The best thing is to put a collar on the stray, or put a collar on your brother's cat. Putting it on the stray would be better, since it goes outside you don't want people thinking it doesn't belong to anyone. Cats that hate collars usually get used to them fairly quickly. Many cats have different personalities and tones in their voices. I used to have two black kittens, I could tell them apart from personalities and activity. One barely ever came out to play, while the other was always running around and enjoying itself.



Getting to the know the new cat may prove helpful, other than that I'm not sure how to help.

Yeah, a couple of times. The first time was when I was thirteen or so; I "heard" my dad come in through the front door, walk into the kitchen, open the fridge, and get a soda. I said hello, and got no answer, so I went to see what was wrong. No one was in the house, so I kinda freaked out; Dad showed up about an hour later, completely messed up-he'd had a stroke at work and driven himself home before going to the hospital!!! Yikes!!!



The second one wasn't as weird; I moved to a new town, and everybody seemed to already know me, which was freaky. Finally, one of my friends showed me a picture that explained why-I had a twin! Same hair, same skin, same bone structure, you name it! I ended up meeting her; she's actually a little taller than me, and has a tattoo I don't have, but that's about the only difference. We both freaked out and started looking really hard at our birth records! We're not related, but we might as well be sisters.

You're writing a comic book story.Let's say you have a doppelganger/clone that was was created from the hero as a result of some scientific experiment and he turned out to be evil, and he was just created, either intentionally or by accident. What would his first PUBLIC act of violence or evil be? Initially and logically he'd do something to hurt the hero before going out in public. The clone is the arch-villain in the series and he vies to eventually get back at the hero and destroy him and his friends- he wants to get rid of all the heroes and take over the town and eventually the world and make it a safe haven for him and other baddies. He also eventually starts a gang to help him.



The best I could do for his first evil PUBLIC act of violence or evil was terrorize and torture a group of scouts and steal their Swiss knives. I wanted it to be something heinous-he's sort of on a journey of self-discovery to find out how bad he can be.



I thought of making him steal money but he'd have to have a reason for doing that and he'd have to discover the value of money.

If you need an excuse for him to do that, he could notice that some huge event is going on, get curious, steal someone's tickets, and then when he gets bored, hop up on stage and kill the performer(s).

The reason it causes 4 to mill and not two, is because they are both now ally creatures with "When Halimar Excavator or another ally enters the battlefield under your control, target player puts top X cards of his or her library into the graveyard, where X is the number of allies you control".
