i know they are usually referred to as your evil identical twin, but i was wondering if the term can be applied to your identical personality in another human being.Can a doppelganger manifest as your spiritual twin or alter ego even the physical appearance is different?
I've never heard this term applied within the social sciences. According to popular usage, though, I don't think that this would be a correct usage of the word. I suspect that in context you could use this word to get people to understand what you mean, despite the fact that the word is usually used to refer to physical doubles.



Then again, good luck finding someone with an identical personality. I heard somewhere that we're all snowflakes. ;-)

It can happen . It's not two physical people but one person with multiply personalities. These characters of the same person show different voce styles, different looks, and actions.
