Have You Ever Seen Your Doppelganger?

I saw mine years ago when my friend and I were on a bus trip. We were going through this small town slowly and this girl was standing on the sidewalk staring at me. My friend saw her too and looked at me freaking out. At the time we didn't know the term doppelganger, of course. I have never forgotten the look on that girls face - probably the exact same look of shock that was on mine. If you've seen yours, how do you feel about it? Was it an eerie experience? How do you explain it? Do you just consider it to be someone who looks just like you or do you attach a more supernatural meaning to it? Tell me about your experience!Have You Ever Seen Your Doppelganger?
I was about 7 or 8 years old when my Mom took me to get new shoes. I had tried on a pair, and had to walk down the aisle and across to a mirror to check out the fit and see how they looked. When I looked in the mirror, there was another girl standing there looking, too. The only differences in us were hair length (mine short, hers long) and that she was wearing a dress (this was the 1950's, remember!) and I was wearing shorts and a T-shirt. Neither of us said a thing, and we never looked directly at each other. We just stared into the mirror for what seemed like the longest time. Finally, at the same time, we raised our eyebrows, slightly tilted our heads away from each other, and turned and walked back to our Moms. I never told anyone about it. I wonder if SHE did!??? Freaky! At the time, I wondered if she were my twin sister, because I knew I was adopted. For years, I thought maybe we had been separated at birth. Years later, I was allowed to get my birth certificate and saw that there was no twin. So, who knows??
birth certificates were easy to change back then

Well, there WAS this doppelganger of mine, however, it was mysterious circumstances. It was a dream, I knew to be a dream, %26amp; wherein I could fly, to be continued, greetings, arentved@in.com, - when he 'met' me, it was so to speak HIM, who found ME.

Have You Ever Seen Your Doppelganger?
the summer before last i was 12...my sister was 7.

we went to different summer camps cuz she was younger. that same summer, volunteers of america started airing this commercial featuring a man-i think he was like the ceo or president of the roup in here (new orleans)- and some kids.

the commercial aired everyday on almost every channel so everyone was like hey i saw you on that commercial...and what really got me was that my uncle was really convinced it was me.

i finally saw the commercial with my sister and she yelled out hey she goes to cam with me...the next day i walked her into her camp and i saw the little girl--

it kinda made me feel bad because she was like 7 or 8 and i was 12

it was really wierd and until just now i did not know there was a word for it
years ago a girl came up to me in Daytona Beach bar and said Hey I thought I told you last night I am no longer going out with you, and I do not want you coming in here again..

she ran the bar...in Daytona Beach...

I tried to tell her that I just got in town that afternoon from up north on spring break and I have never seen her before...it took a lot but when I showed her my drivers license and where i was staying and a few other people who know me from school said they knew me..she could not believe her eyes..

so that was the closest I have come to him..I have not seen him myself....

to bad I did not show up a few days earlier when he was still going out with HER.....then that would have been real fun//////
I was in 8th grade and I was on the bus going to cheerleading camp and I saw mine walking down the street and I freaked! the bus wouldnt stop though until 3 blocks away but I never saw her again....it scared the sh*t outta me lol
I have never ever seen mine but i'll talk to him and become friends with him coz u know dat feeling dat no one is like you would finally disappear.. we'd hav d same parties, go watch d same movies lots lots of stuff..well but dats just me, dont know abt you.
