What is a doppelganger haunting?

So, i'm learning about different types of haunting, and this is one of them. I don't understand it, so I need someone to explain it in a way i can get. It's kind of confusing. PS Please don't say "ghost aren't real" or anything like that, that may be....But i didn't ask if ghosts are real.What is a doppelganger haunting?
A doppelganger is a projection or visual of yourself. Sylvia Browne has a book that lists definitions of paranormal things. You can look it up. I don't think anyone really knows exactly what it is. It is NOT your evil self. Some people think it is their mental body projecting and you happened to see it. Remember that you can be awake and your mental body can be anywhere. My guess is that you are experiencing a residual haunting. We are all made up of energy, even our thoughts are made of energy since they were created from energy. Anyway, sometimes this energy seems to get caught in time and continues to manifest itself, doing the same thing over and over again or manifests for just a few seconds before disappearing again.What is a doppelganger haunting?
