Get a hold of yourself, the video is fake. There is nothing to be afraid of.Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear.I have never been afraid of te paranormal until i read an article about doppelganger,?
haha, these clips have been posted here like a thousand times, but I watched it carefully and picked up some stuff I missed before.

The cereal bowl poltergeist is a popular one on you-tube, but I think they usually cut off the first couple of seconds where the guy drops the video camera. This first second of the clip indicates that its taken from a fictional work, and its supposed to be a POV shot.

Freezing one frame in a 3 section mirror can be done a number of ways. Its not really a difficult special effect.

I loved the one where they are taping the poltergeist, which has to use the door, flings the chair and table like they are nothing, but has a difficult time tipping over the camera.

Then the next day, the ghost decides to turn the camera down, so that everyone can see that we are looking at a mirror. By the way, the camera in the mirror was a still shot, it was not panning and tilting with real camera.
