I'm looking for the name of a specific type of mythological creature, like the bad side of yourself,like a shadow self, but more like a dusk from kingdom hearts, pyramid head from silent hill or a hollow from bleach, there are probably many myths and many names for these type of spirits or creatures but i cant to find anything but doppelganger and that isn't necessarily evil, I'm looking for more so something like "your evil influence" or something along those lines, anyone know of any good examples?Doppelganger like creatures help?

Shadow people. They are basically your shadow and they follow you around. They aren't evil, but they are said to hang over your shoulder and whisper the things you truly want into your mind.
